NCC is a vital link between Defense and Education and it is playing valuable role in shaping the character of youth and it has been promoting National Integration and oneness in our society. So, a senior division of the National cadet corps wing has been in existence since 1966 in our college with a motto of “unity and discipline."

The aims of NCC are, To develop qualities of character, courage, comradeship, discipline, leadership, secular outlook, a spirit of adventure and sportsmanship and the ideals of selfless service among the youth to make them useful citizens and to create human resource of organized, trained and motivated youth to provide leadership in all walks of life including the Armed forces and always available for the service of the Nation.
